Import Exported Estimates & Create Invoices

Upload export files (Xactimate, XLSX) and turn them into ready-to-send invoices with line items — no retyping required.

⚠️ Currently in Early Access:
Scope-Kit supports specific export formats, including Xactimate Excel exports. If you're unsure: We're adding more formats soon!

How it Works

  1. Export your estimate from Xactimate or another tool (see sample format).
  2. Upload the file below — we'll scan it and extract categories and line items for you.
  3. Preview the invoice to confirm everything looks right.
    Note: Final invoice generation and sending support are disabled if a client has not been selected to create invoice for. To generate an invoice from an exported file, start on the Clients page and select the Import Line Items button.
